Costaiia is a clothing brand based in Mexico City, founded in 2020 by Patricia Maria Pietri. The brand works in close collaboration with artisans and craftspeople across Mexico, creating garments that draw from traditional textile practices and cultural memory.

Costaiia’s collections are informed by storytelling - referencing myths, folklore, and family histories that have been passed down through generations. These narratives shape the mood and character of each piece, often evoking dreamlike and nostalgic worlds where past and present intersect.

The brand works with both handcrafted textiles and carefully sourced materials, including deadstock fabrics that are repurposed into limited-edition garments. Many pieces are produced in small runs, reflecting a commitment to slow fashion and thoughtful production.

Through this approach, Costaiia seeks to preserve traditional craft while presenting it within a contemporary context, creating garments that honor heritage, material history, and the people who make them.

Costaiia pieces are made to order to reduce waste and support a more sustainable way of producing clothing. Each item is carefully created after your order is placed, which means it typically takes 7–14 days to ship. Thank you for supporting thoughtful production and slower fashion.

Because all Costaiia pieces are made to order, we do not accept refunds or returns for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference. Producing items only after they are purchased allows us to reduce waste and operate in a more sustainable way.

Refunds or replacements will only be offered if:

• The item arrives with clear manufacturing defects, or

• The wrong item was sent compared to the order placed.

If this occurs, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so our team can review and resolve the situation.

Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, Costaiia is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages during transit.

Customers will receive a tracking number once their order ships so they can monitor delivery directly with the shipping carrier. If any delivery issues arise, we recommend contacting the carrier associated with your tracking number for further assistance.

All prices listed on the Costaiia website are shown exclusive of any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import feesthat may be required by your country or local authorities.

Depending on your location, your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees once it arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Costaiia is not responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or customs fees that may be applied to your order after it has been shipped. Customers are responsible for paying any such charges required for their package to be released and delivered.
